Challenger 604 Captain (Type-Rated)

  • Type rating: CL-604 required
  • License required: ATP
  • Accepted licenses: FAA
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Location: Live anywhere within ~2 hours of a major airport in the contiguous U.S. (lower 48)
  • Travel: Must be able to travel internationally without restriction
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided
  • Currency (preferred): Initial/recurrent training in type within the past 36 months

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC time: 1,500 hours
  • Time in type: 250 hours in CL-604
  • Type rating: CL-604 type rating required
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: First Class

🌟 Preferred experience

  • 500+ hours in the CL-604 (or Challenger 600-series variants)
  • International flight experience
  • Background in Part 135 operations or strong familiarity with Part 135 standards
  • Current or recent initial/recurrent training in type within the last 36 months

📋 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Captain on the Challenger 604, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across domestic and international routes.
  • Lead and mentor the crew, model sound judgment, and uphold SOPs and company standards at all times.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance, fuel, weather, weight and balance, and international procedures.
  • Manage checklist discipline, briefings, and all phases of flight with precision and professionalism.
  • Maintain qualifications, currency, and records in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver a polished, client-focused experience while protecting safety and operational integrity.
