- Lead safe, efficient operations of the Challenger CL-604, upholding the highest standards of airmanship and professionalism.
- Plan, brief, and execute trips with precision, ensuring compliance with all applicable FAA regulations and company SOPs.
- Demonstrate strong crew resource management and mentor the team to deliver a seamless experience for passengers.
- Coordinate closely with scheduling, dispatch, and maintenance to optimize aircraft readiness and mission success.
- Maintain currency, complete required training and checks, and proactively manage risk in dynamic environments.
- Represent Pentastar Aviation with exceptional customer service and discretion on every leg.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Total Time: 4,000+ hours
- Experience: Prior turbojet time required; prior business aviation experience required
- Licenses: FAA CPL with IR and ME
- Medical: FAA Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
- Preferred: ATP certificate; for non-ATP holders, ATP/CTP completion preferred
- Work Style: Ability to manage changing work schedules and operational demands
- Base Proximity: Must live within 2 hours of Waterford, MI
- Accepted Licenses: FAA
