Challenger 604 Captain – NTR Welcome (Training Provided)

✈️ The Opportunity

As Captain on the Challenger 604, you will command multi-sector missions with an unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and passenger care. You’ll partner closely with flight ops, dispatch, and maintenance to deliver reliable performance around the clock.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Command all phases of flight on the CL-604 in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Exercise sound judgment under pressure, adapting to dynamic schedules and changing operational priorities.
• Lead and mentor the flight deck and cabin team, fostering a strong safety and service culture.
• Oversee flight planning, performance, fuel, weather, and alternates to ensure mission readiness.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground services to maintain on-time, high-quality operations.
• Complete accurate documentation, logs, and post-flight reports.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

• Total Time: 5,000 hours
• Multi-engine PIC: 2,500 hours
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided
• Experience on Type: Must have experience flying a Challenger 604
• Licence: ATPL (EASA)
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
• Operational Flexibility: Comfortable with a 24/7 roster and short-notice changes; able to perform under pressure
