Step into the left seat of a well-equipped Challenger 604 and bring your jet leadership to a premium corporate flight operation. This is a permanent role with type rating training provided (NTR), ideal for a seasoned jet PIC who values precision, professionalism, and exceptional passenger care.

  • Additional: Valid passport with no travel restrictions; eligible for RAIC

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Captain the Challenger 604 for domestic and international corporate missions with a strong safety-first mindset.
  • Lead flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel strategy to ensure efficient, on-time operations.
  • Exercise decisive command authority while fostering excellent CRM, mentoring the SIC, and upholding company SOPs.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance under Canadian CARs, ensure airworthiness status, and coordinate with dispatch/maintenance.
  • Deliver a polished, discreet passenger experience aligned with executive-level service standards.
  • Support a proactive safety culture, including SMS participation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 5,000 hours
  • Jet PIC: 2,000 hours
  • License: ATPL (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required — full training provided
  • Passport: Valid, no travel restrictions
  • Security: Ability to obtain a RAIC

Only candidates meeting the above minima will be considered.

🌟 Preferred profile

  • Time on type (CL-604/605/650) or other medium/large-cabin jet experience.
  • Previous corporate/business aviation experience and polished client-facing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of international procedures, FMS proficiency, and modern avionics.
  • Calm, collaborative leader with excellent judgement and attention to detail.

🧮 Training & progression

Type rating training is provided for the Challenger 604, with ongoing recurrent training to keep you current and confident. You’ll operate within a safety-driven environment that values professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
