🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command of the Challenger 350, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and airmanship on every leg.
  • Lead flight planning, performance, weight and balance, weather analysis, and risk assessment for complex, dynamic operations.
  • Partner with your crew to deliver precise, efficient, and owner-centric service—representing Airshare with professionalism at all times.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and dispatch to ensure aircraft readiness and schedule reliability.
  • Continuously elevate SOPs and decision-making—bringing innovation to meet evolving operational demands.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Experience: Minimum 4,000 hours Total Time and 500 hours in jets.
  • Currency: Recent corporate flying experience required.
  • Type Rating: Not required; training provided. Strongly prefer Challenger 350 typed and current.
  • Certificates: ATP (FAA) and First Class (Class 1) medical.
  • Location: Reside within two hours of the Orlando, FL area.
  • Competencies: Exceptional CRM, sound judgment, clear communication, and owner-service mindset.
