As a Managed Challenger 350 PIC, you will lead complex, dynamic operations while working closely with your crew to deliver safe, efficient transportation for aircraft owners. Representing Airshare with professionalism and discretion, you will bring innovation and sound judgment to help meet growing operational demands.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as PIC on a managed Challenger 350, leading safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to plan and execute missions, manage risk, and deliver a seamless owner experience.
- Uphold all applicable FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Exercise sound judgment across preflight planning, in-flight decision-making, and postflight debriefs.
- Represent Airshare with professionalism, discretion, and a client-first mindset.
- Contribute ideas that enhance safety, efficiency, and operational excellence as the business scales.
🧰 What you bring (Minimum Requirements)
- Total time: 4,000+ hours
- Jet time: 500+ hours
- Recent experience: Recent corporate flying experience
- License: ATP — FAA
- Medical: Class 1 (First Class)
- Residence: Within one hour of MCO

- Challenger 350 typed and current
- Proven track record in owner/guest-facing corporate operations
- Strong communication, CRM, and safety-first decision-making
