🧭 What you will do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on the CL-30 series (Challenger 300) with a sharp focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international flights in full compliance with 14 CFR Part 135 and company SMS.
  • Lead all phases of flight: performance calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, weather and NOTAM reviews, international documentation, and customs coordination.
  • Exercise strong, timely decision-making under pressure while managing risk, crew resources, and changing operational conditions.
  • Deliver white-glove service to owners and charter clients while representing the operation with professionalism and discretion.
  • Leverage flight planning and aviation management software/EFB tools for routing, crew scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance.
  • Maintain aircraft and crew readiness, currency, and training standards; contribute to a proactive safety culture.

  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Total Time: 5,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 2,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 2,500 hours (including 1,500 hours Multi-Engine PIC)
  • Turbine: 2,000 hours
  • Instrument: 500 hours
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and SMS.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills; sound judgment under pressure.
  • Proficiency with flight planning and aviation management software/EFB tools.
  • Previous Part 135 experience is highly desirable.
  • Type Rating: Not required — Challenger 300 training provided for qualified candidates.
