🧭 What you will do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on the CL-30 series (Challenger 300) with a sharp focus on safety, compliance, and passenger experience.
- Plan and execute domestic and international flights in full compliance with 14 CFR Part 135 and company SMS.
- Lead all phases of flight: performance calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance, weather and NOTAM reviews, international documentation, and customs coordination.
- Exercise strong, timely decision-making under pressure while managing risk, crew resources, and changing operational conditions.
- Deliver white-glove service to owners and charter clients while representing the operation with professionalism and discretion.
- Leverage flight planning and aviation management software/EFB tools for routing, crew scheduling, recordkeeping, and compliance.
- Maintain aircraft and crew readiness, currency, and training standards; contribute to a proactive safety culture.
🧰 What you bring
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Total Time: 5,000 hours
- PIC Time: 2,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 2,500 hours (including 1,500 hours Multi-Engine PIC)
- Turbine: 2,000 hours
- Instrument: 500 hours
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and SMS.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; sound judgment under pressure.
- Proficiency with flight planning and aviation management software/EFB tools.
- Previous Part 135 experience is highly desirable.
- Type Rating: Not required — Challenger 300 training provided for qualified candidates.
