✈️ About the opportunity

Chartright Air Group is seeking a skilled and service-driven Captain to lead Challenger 350 operations from Moncton/YQM in Dieppe, New Brunswick. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism, support day-to-day operations while on reserve, and partner closely with our Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Serve as Captain on the Challenger 350 based at Moncton/YQM, ensuring every flight is executed to the highest safety and service standards.
• Support daily operational activities during available reserve days to keep missions running smoothly.
• Liaise with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams to align operational requirements with client needs.
• Provide direct, high-touch customer service throughout the client journey.
• Foster collaboration by sharing ideas, improvements, and solutions across the operation.
• Complete monthly training and perform additional duties as assigned.

🧰 What you bring

• Licensing: Canadian ATPL or CPL with IATRA; Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR; valid Transport Canada Medical; Canadian Radio Telephone Licence.
• Experience (minimum): 3,000 hours total flight time; 1,000 hours PIC in multi-engine aircraft; 500 hours jet PIC time.
• Technical: Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits; strong knowledge of aviation weather, airport performance, flight-planning and fuel calculations, weight and balance, Canadian Aviation Regulations, and SMS practices.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 60 lb.
• Education (preferred): University degree or college diploma in Aviation.
