🧭 The Opportunity

As a Challenger 350/3500 First Officer, you will operate in a multi-crew environment, delivering safe, efficient and polished business jet operations. You’ll work closely with the Captain and wider team to uphold SOPs, ensure exceptional flight standards, and provide a smooth, professional experience for every mission.

  • Operate the CL350/3500 within all regulatory and company procedures
  • Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management
  • Apply robust CRM, TEM and SOP discipline throughout all phases of flight
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Multi‑Engine Jet: 500 hours
  • Multi‑Pilot (Multi‑Crew): 500 hours
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher

Pathway-specific flight time minima:

  • Type‑Rated (CL350/3500): Minimum 100 hours on type and 500 hours total time.
  • Non‑Type‑Rated: Minimum 500 hours on a multi‑engine, multi‑crew jet engaged in commercial operations.

🧭 Licensing & Compliance

  • Licence: CPL with IR and ME
  • Accepted Authorities: EASA or UK CAA
  • Medical: Class 1
