🧭 The Mission
As First Officer, you will deliver an exceptional in-flight passenger experience while supporting safe, efficient Challenger 300 operations. You are a motivated teammate with a strong work ethic who thrives in a professional, customer-facing environment.
🧰 What You'll Do
- Serve as SIC on the Challenger 300 for Part 91/135 flights.
- Execute all phases of flight with the Captain—from planning, performance, and briefing through checklist discipline and post-flight duties.
- Deliver a polished, discreet passenger experience with outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Uphold the highest safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory compliance (FAA).
- Demonstrate strong CRM, communication, and teamwork on every leg.
- Maintain qualifications, training currency, and company standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and dispatch to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
- Represent FlightWorks with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
🌟 What You Bring (Minimums)
- Total Time: 1,250 hours
- PIC: 500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
- License: R-ATP — FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Record: No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions
- Residency: Live in, or be willing to relocate to, Georgia
- Attributes: Highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic; professional, safety-first mindset
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
💼 Preferred
- Challenger 300 type rating
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service within business aviation
🔒 Safety & Compliance
Safety Sensitive Role: This position is subject to random drug and alcohol testing. Candidates are evaluated on attitude, professionalism, and safe operation of the aircraft.
