✈️ The Opportunity

As Captain, you’ll be the standard-bearer for safe, efficient, and polished operations. You’ll fly international and domestic missions, support daily operations while on reserve, and collaborate closely with our Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to deliver an exceptional client experience every flight.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command the Challenger 300, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
  • Plan and execute flights, including weather and performance analysis, flight-plan and fuel calculations, and W&B.
  • Provide direct, concierge-level customer service that enhances the overall client journey.
  • Coordinate closely with the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to meet all operational and service requirements.
  • Support daily operational activities on available reserve days.
  • Complete monthly training and recurrent courses; contribute to a proactive safety culture under SMS.
  • Foster collaboration across teams—share ideas, improvements, and solutions to drive continuous excellence.

🧰 What you bring

  • Licences/Medical: Canadian ATPL or valid IATRA; Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR; valid Transport Canada Medical; Canadian Radio Telephone Licence.
  • Flight time: Minimum 3,000 hours total time and 1,000 multi-engine PIC hours; jet/turbine time preferred; time on type an asset.
  • International experience: Previous flying experience in Europe and South America is required.
  • Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with flight management systems (FMS) and glass cockpits.
  • Knowledge base: Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight planning, fuel planning, weight and balance, Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs), and SMS practices.
  • Education: Aviation university degree or college diploma preferred.
  • Soft skills: Positive, collaborative mindset with excellent relationship-building, written and verbal communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Physical and schedule: Able to lift up to 60 lb; flexible to support client needs and operational demands.
