Challenger 300/350 Captain – Type-Rated

We’re seeking an experienced, type-rated Captain to operate the Bombardier Challenger 300/350 (CL-30). If you thrive in dynamic, on-call operations and bring uncompromising safety, professionalism, and poise, this seat is yours.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Base: KAPC — Napa County Airport, California
  • Type Rating: Required (CL-30)
  • Schedule: Must be able to work on an on-call basis
  • Training: Annual ICAO International Procedures
  • Residence: Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KAPC or willingness to relocate
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

✈️ The Opportunity

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger-focused operations on the Challenger 300/350. You’ll set the tone for disciplined decision-making, exemplary CRM, and meticulous standards—particularly for international missions and changing schedules.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Command all phases of flight on the Challenger 300/350 (CL-30) with uncompromising safety.
  • Plan, brief, and execute domestic and international missions, including ICAO procedures.
  • Lead a professional cockpit culture with strong CRM, checklist discipline, and SOP compliance.
  • Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion, communication, and care.
  • Maintain currency, proficiency, and readiness for on-call dispatch.
  • Partner with maintenance and scheduling to ensure aircraft readiness and operational reliability.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine (ME) Time: 1,500 hours
  • Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
  • Jet Time: 500 hours
  • Instrument Time: 250 hours
  • Type Rating: Challenger 300/350 (CL-30) required

📜 Licenses & Medical

  • License Required: CPL, IR, ME
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • Medical: FAA First-Class (Class 1)
