🧭 About the Role
As Captain on a Bombardier Challenger 300/350, you will lead every phase of flight with a safety-first mindset, crisp decision-making, and exceptional airmanship. You’ll manage preflight planning, crew coordination, and customer-focused operations while maintaining full regulatory and procedural compliance—especially for international missions.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total time: 3000 hours
- PIC time: 1500 hours
- Multi-engine: 1500 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Instrument time: 250 hours
- Type rating: Required (CL-30)
- License required: CPL, IR, ME
- Accepted licenses: FAA
- Medical: Class 1 (FAA First-Class)
🧰 Additional Requirements
- Available to work on an on-call basis with flexibility for short-notice trips.
- Able to complete ICAO International Procedures training annually and maintain all recurrent qualifications.
- Primary residence within a 2-hour drive from KAPC (Napa, CA) or willingness to relocate.

- Plan and execute domestic and international flights, including performance, fuel, route, and weather strategies.
- Lead effective CRM, mentorship, and clear communication with crew, dispatch, and stakeholders.
- Deliver a refined passenger experience while safeguarding operational efficiency and confidentiality.
- Maintain meticulous documentation, aircraft readiness, and professional currency.
