Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time, type-rated Challenger 300 Captain based at Westchester County Airport. 🧭 Your Mission
Lead safe, professional Challenger 300 operations while providing a refined, client-focused experience.
- Plan and execute domestic and international flights in accordance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
- Champion a proactive safety culture aligned with Solairus’ values of safety, service, and integrity.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, W&B, weather/NOTAM reviews, and risk assessments.
- Adhere to and maintain proficiency in ICAO procedures for international operations.
- Collaborate closely with crew and dispatch; communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Maintain accurate records, training currency, and compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
- Support an on-call schedule with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
🧰 What You’ll Bring
- Total Time: 4,000 hours
- PIC Time: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Instrument Time: 250 hours
- Type Rating: CL-30 required
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME — FAA
- Medical: Class 1

- Must be able to work on an on-call basis.
- Must complete annual ICAO International Procedures training.
- Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of KHPN or willingness to relocate.
