🧭 Your mission

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on the Challenger 300/350 for domestic and international missions under Parts 91 and 135.
  • Exercise impeccable judgment and a safety-first mindset in all phases of flight.
  • Plan and execute trips end-to-end: performance, fuel, weather, routing, alternates, and client preferences.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handling to ensure on-time, service-forward operations.
  • Provide discreet, five-star client care with professional appearance and decorum.
  • Maintain currency, training, and aircraft knowledge to the highest standards.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: First Class
  • Flight experience: Turbojet aircraft experience
  • Regulatory knowledge: Strong working knowledge of FAR Parts 91 and 135 operations
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Safety record: Impeccable — no FAA violations, accidents, or incidents
  • Background: Must pass TSA/HS regulations and authorize release of FAA Airman Certification Record
  • Professionalism: Exceptional reliability, punctuality, appearance, and behavior
  • Mobility: Willing to relocate or live between Minneapolis, MN, and Hayward, WI
  • Travel readiness: Comfortable flying 60–80% of the time

📏 Minimum flight time

  • Total time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC time: 1,000 hours
  • Multi-engine: 500 hours
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)

Turbojet aircraft experience required.

🌟 Preferred profile

  • Previous Part 135 experience
  • International flight experience: Europe, South America, and Asia
  • Challenger 350/3500 type rating

🪪 Certificates & clearances

  • License holders: Open to FAA
  • Medical: Class 1 (First Class)

📍 Where you’ll be based

Operate primarily from the Upper Midwest, with a home base between Minneapolis, MN, and Hayward, WI. Expect frequent overnights and international segments aligned with client demand.
