✈️ The opportunity

Join a high‑performance flight department operating the Challenger 300/350 series in commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada. You’ll contribute to precise flight execution, exceptional customer service, and a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

🧭 What you’ll do

Execute flight operations on the Challenger CL30 series in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
Support the Captain through all phases of flight: planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, briefing, and checklist discipline.
Demonstrate outstanding CRM, situational awareness, and decision‑making in dynamic, time‑critical environments.
Deliver a polished passenger experience with professionalism, discretion, and strong customer service.
Ensure meticulous preflight preparation, threat and error management, and adherence to safety and security standards.
Travel domestically and internationally without restriction to meet operational needs.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

Total Time: 2000 hours
PIC: 500 hours
Jet: 100 hours
Type Rating: Challenger CL30 required
License: TCCA ATPL
Medical: Class 1
Proven track record as a highly experienced Captain.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Willing and able to travel without restriction.
Meets ICAO eligibility requirements for commercial operations conducted in whole or in part outside Canada.
English Language Proficiency (ELP) Level 4.

🌟 Preferred qualifications

Challenger 3500 experience (strong asset).
International flying experience.
