Challenger 300/350 First Officer (NTR – Training Provided)

✈️ The Opportunity

As a key member of a two-pilot crew on the Bombardier Challenger 300/350 (CL-30), you will help deliver safe, on-time, and polished operations across domestic and international routes. You’ll bring excellent crew resource management, attention to detail, and the professionalism to represent the flight department with clients and stakeholders.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Execute all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Captain to plan, brief, and manage each mission using disciplined CRM and threat/error management.
• Ensure compliance with ICAO standards for multi-crew international operations.
• Maintain currency and proficiency, including normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to optimize safety, efficiency, and passenger experience.
• Uphold a just culture, SMS participation, and meticulous recordkeeping.

🧰 What You Bring

• Minimum Flight Experience
• Total time: 1,500 hours
• PIC time: 750 hours
• Multi-engine: 250 hours
• Flight time notes: No more than 2 checkride failures
• Currency: 150 hours in previous 365 days / 30 hours in previous 90 days
• Certificates & Medical
• License required: ATP Written
• Accepted licenses: FAA
• Medical: Class 1
• Type Rating
• Challenger 300/350: Not required (Training Provided)
• Additional Requirements
• No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the last 5 years
• Meets ICAO Annex 1, 2.1.10 requirements for international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Authorization to travel to/from all cities/countries served without restrictions
• Preferred
• Current type on CL-30/Challenger 300/350 (preferred, not required)
• Jet experience (preferred)

Note: This is an NTR role. Type rating will be provided for qualified candidates.
