As a Challenger 604 First Officer, you will support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient operations across domestic and international missions. You will demonstrate exemplary CRM, operational discipline, and discretion while providing outstanding service to executive clientele.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total time: 1,500 hours
Type rating: Not required — training provided
Flight time: Multi-engine turbine experience
Licences required: CPL, IR, ME (EASA, FAA, or UK CAA)
Medical: Class 1
English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Right to work: United Kingdom (essential)

📋 Key responsibilities

Support the Captain in safe, efficient operation of CL-604 flights across domestic and international routes
Conduct thorough flight planning, performance and weight-and-balance calculations, and fuel planning
Execute precise pre-flight inspections, briefings, and checklist discipline
Uphold regulatory, company, and SMS standards while maintaining currency
Deliver discreet, high-touch service to executive passengers
Collaborate effectively with flight crew, dispatch, and ground operations
