🧭 Your mission
- Serve as First Officer on the Challenger 300/350 (CL‑30) for both domestic and international operations.
- Partner with the Captain to execute every phase of flight: planning, performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, and international procedures.
- Uphold an unrelenting safety culture through SOP discipline, robust CRM, and precise checklist execution.
- Maintain currency and proficiency, including instrument competency and regulatory compliance.
- Deliver a polished, customer-focused experience while representing the flight department with professionalism and discretion.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- Professional Pilot Experience: 3 years
- Education: Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two‑year college/technical school; or 4 years related experience/training; or an equivalent combination
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME — FAA accepted
- International Experience: Documented international flight experience
- Instrument Proficiency: Able to pass an instrument competency check in the category of aircraft to be flown
- Type Rating: Not required — CL‑30 training provided

- Jet time as Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) or Second‑in‑Command (SIC)
- International jet experience
