🧭 The role

As a Boeing 757 First Officer, you will execute safe, efficient multi-crew operations in accordance with company SOPs and applicable Civil Aviation regulations. You’ll contribute to flight planning and performance calculations, maintain high standards of airmanship and situational awareness, and deliver smooth, professional operations across mixed shift patterns.

🧰 Minimum requirements

Total time: 4,500 hours
Jet time: 500 hours
Flight time notes: 500 hours in a jet and/or 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command
Licensing: CPL, IR, ME (ICAO accepted); FAA license preferred
Medical: Class 1
Language: English & Spanish; ICAO ELP Level 5

Civil standing: To be in possession of all civil rights
Regulatory knowledge: Solid knowledge of Civil Aviation Law and Regulations
Rosters: Availability to work mixed shifts
Mindset: Positive, committed, safety‑driven attitude and strong team player

Type rating not required. Successful candidates will receive Boeing 757 type-rating training and operational onboarding to ensure you meet and maintain company and regulatory standards.
