🧭 Your mission

  • Serve as First Officer on the Challenger 300/350 (CL‑30) for both domestic and international operations.
  • Partner with the Captain to execute every phase of flight: planning, performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, and international procedures.
  • Uphold an unrelenting safety culture through SOP discipline, robust CRM, and precise checklist execution.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency, including instrument competency and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver a polished, customer-focused experience while representing the flight department with professionalism and discretion.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • Professional Pilot Experience: 3 years
  • Education: Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two‑year college/technical school; or 4 years related experience/training; or an equivalent combination
  • Licenses: CPL, IR, MEFAA accepted
  • International Experience: Documented international flight experience
  • Instrument Proficiency: Able to pass an instrument competency check in the category of aircraft to be flown
  • Type Rating: Not required — CL‑30 training provided

  • Jet time as Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) or Second‑in‑Command (SIC)
