✈️ Lead the Flight: Challenger 300/350 Captain
Step into the left seat of a Bombardier Challenger 300/350 and deliver a polished, client-focused experience while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This is a permanent Captain opportunity with NTR entry — full type training provided for the right Transport Canada–licensed pilot.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Command Challenger 300/350 operations in accordance with CARs, company SOPs, and best-in-class SMS practices.
- Lead all phases of flight: performance and runway analysis, weight and balance, fuel planning, flight plan calculations, and real-time decision-making.
- Interpret and apply complex aviation weather to deliver safe, efficient, and comfortable missions.
- Operate advanced FMS and glass cockpit avionics with precision and currency.
- Coordinate seamlessly with crew, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and schedule integrity.
- Provide exceptional client service onboard, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and a hospitality mindset.
- Champion safety reporting, continuous improvement, and training within the SMS framework.
- Work a flexible schedule aligned to client needs, including irregular hours, overnights, and short-notice trips.
🧰 What you bring
- Canadian Radio Telephone License
- A university degree or college diploma (preferably in Aviation)
- Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, and weight and balance
- Expert knowledge of the CARs and SMS safety practices
- Positive, collaborative mindset; ability to build effective relationships across the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional client service, organization, and prioritization skills
- Flexibility to support clients’ schedules
📈 Minimum flight experience
- Total time: 2,500 hours
- Multi-engine PIC: 500 hours
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- Preferred time: Turbine time; previous time on type
🪪 Certifications & eligibility
- Licences required: IATRA, IR, ME (valid TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Eligibility to work: Must have existing authorization; visa sponsorship is not available
