🧭 The opportunity
Lead domestic and international operations on the CL-30 while upholding uncompromising standards of safety, compliance, and guest care. You will operate within a professional flight department that values disciplined SOPs, sharp decision-making, and crew collaboration.
🧰 Key responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot in Command with full responsibility for flight safety and operational decisions.
- Plan and execute missions, including performance, W&B, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and international procedures.
- Demonstrate exemplary CRM, lead by example, and foster a professional, service-forward culture.
- Ensure regulatory and company manual compliance across all phases of flight.
- Conduct thorough preflight, in-flight, and postflight duties; maintain accurate records and logs.
- Represent the flight department professionally with clients, vendors, and authorities worldwide.
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- Total Time: 3,500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,500 hours
- Turbine: 500 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
- Night: 100 hours
- Simulated Instrument: 75 hours
- License: ATP — FAA only
- Medical: Class 1
NTR: No CL-30 type rating required; training provided upon hire.
💼 Preferred
- Appropriate aircraft type rating and recent currency; CL-30 experience strongly valued.
🧾 Additional requirements
- High school diploma.
- Able to work flexible schedules as operations require.
- Willing and able to travel worldwide extensively, without restrictions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Authorization to work without employer-sponsored visa.
📅 Schedule & travel
- Domestic and international operations; significant travel expected.
- Variable duty periods; adaptability and availability for short-notice trips.
🧪 Training
- Company-provided CL-30 type training and recurrent to maintain proficiency and standards.
