🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Command safe, efficient operations on the CL30 across Europe and beyond as required, upholding the highest standards of airmanship and discretion.
  • Lead and mentor the crew, ensuring strong CRM, SOP adherence, and a just culture within the operation.
  • Own flight planning and decision-making: performance, W&B, fuel strategy, weather, alternates, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver punctual, polished service.
  • Maintain currency, proficiency, and aircraft knowledge; contribute to continuous improvement within the operation.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours (minimum)
  • In Type (CL30): 1,000 hours (minimum)
  • License: EASA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Challenger 300/350 (CL30)
