Challenger 300/350 Captain (CL-30) – Van Nuys, CA

As Captain, you’ll set the tone for safety, service, and professionalism. You’ll lead from the left seat, communicate clearly with passengers and crew, and uphold the highest operating standards while representing the flight department with confidence and care.

• Exercise command authority to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient aircraft operations.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weather and NOTAM reviews, and risk assessments.
• Lead effective cockpit resource management and coordinate seamlessly with crew and ground teams.
• Deliver a professional, discreet, passenger-first experience from departure to destination.
• Maintain currency, participate in recurrent training, and consistently model best practices.
• Complete accurate logs, reports, and documentation in line with company procedures.

• Total Time: 3,000 hours
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
• Turbine: 500 hours
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided
• License: ATP (FAA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Clear, professional communication with passengers, crew, and ground staff
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to high operational standards

• Current Challenger 300/350 (CL-30) type rating strongly preferred

Must live within a one-hour commute of Van Nuys, California (KVNY) or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance will be considered.
