Challenger 300/350 Captain (CL-30) — Type Rating Provided | Boca Raton

🧭 Your Mission

As a Captain on our Challenger 300/350, you will lead safe, smooth, and professional operations for discerning clients. You’ll set the standard for airmanship, customer service, and decision-making while collaborating closely with your crew and flight support teams.

• Command all phases of flight, ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance.
• Perform flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and risk assessments.
• Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion, poise, and proactive service.
• Execute domestic and international missions, adapting to dynamic schedules and destinations.
• Uphold company SOPs, SMS best practices, and continuous improvement in operations.

🧰 What You’ll Bring (Minimum Requirements)

• Current ATP certificate (FAA).
• Current First Class Medical.
• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.
• Valid passport and unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
• Clean accident/incident history.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to relocate and maintain residence within 2 hours of Boca Raton Airport.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings and background checks (see Compliance section).
• Authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

🌟 Preferred Experience

• 3,000 hours total time preferred.
• 3,000 hours total multi-engine fixed-wing time preferred.
• 2,000 hours PIC fixed-wing time preferred.
• 500 hours PIC turbine jet time preferred.
• Business jet experience preferred.
• International operating experience preferred.

Note: A CL-30 type rating is not required; company-provided training and type rating available for qualified candidates.
