Lead safe, seamless, and service-focused missions as Captain on the Bombardier Challenger 300/350 (CL-30). We’re seeking a polished professional who is current and qualified in type, committed to exceptional airmanship, and ready to operate in a dynamic corporate flight environment.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as PIC on CL-30 missions, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and passenger care.
  • Execute comprehensive preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and risk assessment.
  • Lead effective CRM with flight crew and coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and client stakeholders.
  • Operate to company procedures and all applicable regulations, maintaining precise documentation and records.
  • Maintain currency and proficiency in all required training, checking, and recurrent events.
  • Demonstrate impeccable judgment, discretion, and professionalism in all phases of flight.

🧰 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-Engine: 2,500 hours
  • Turbine: 2,000 hours
  • Instrument: 300 hours (logged)
  • Type Rating: CL-30 required — current & qualified
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: First Class

🌟 Preferred experience

  • Previous corporate jet experience under Part 135 and/or Part 91 operations.

✅ Additional requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Valid, unrestricted passport; ability to obtain/maintain CANPASS.
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Must pass company and TSA background checks.
  • No accident, incident, or enforcement action within the past 5 years.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Pilots must live within 1:30 hours of approved bases.

📍 Location & schedule

  • Base proximity: Reside within 1 hour 30 minutes of approved bases.
  • Schedule: Variable; flexibility required to meet operational needs.
