🌟 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on the Challenger 300/350, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
- Lead all phases of flight: planning, performance, weight and balance, and risk management.
- Uphold company SOPs, regulatory standards, and a just culture of safety.
- Deliver an exceptional passenger experience with professional, discreet service.
- Coordinate with dispatch/maintenance, complete accurate documentation, and maintain currency and training.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 5,000 hours
- Jet PIC Time: 1,000 hours
- License: Valid ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required; training provided
🎓 Additional Qualifications
- University degree, aviation flight college diploma, or equivalent military flight experience.
- Strong decision-making, crew leadership, and CRM skills.
- Impeccable safety mindset, airmanship, and customer service focus.
- Challenger 300/350 or super-midsize jet experience preferred (not required).
