🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on the Challenger 300/350, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
  • Lead all phases of flight: planning, performance, weight and balance, and risk management.
  • Uphold company SOPs, regulatory standards, and a just culture of safety.
  • Deliver an exceptional passenger experience with professional, discreet service.
  • Coordinate with dispatch/maintenance, complete accurate documentation, and maintain currency and training.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 5,000 hours
  • Jet PIC Time: 1,000 hours
  • License: Valid ATPL (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
  • Type Rating: Not required; training provided

🎓 Additional Qualifications

  • University degree, aviation flight college diploma, or equivalent military flight experience.
  • Strong decision-making, crew leadership, and CRM skills.
  • Impeccable safety mindset, airmanship, and customer service focus.
  • Challenger 300/350 or super-midsize jet experience preferred (not required).
