✈️ The Opportunity

As Captain on the CL-30 series, you’ll lead safe, efficient operations and set the standard for professionalism, crew leadership, and passenger care. You’ll work within established SOPs, foster excellent CRM, and represent the flight department with discretion and integrity.

🧭 What You’ll Do

Act as Pilot in Command on Challenger 300/350 (CL-30) operations.
Uphold the highest safety and compliance standards across all phases of flight.
Lead the crew, championing effective CRM and clear communication.
Conduct thorough flight planning, performance, and weight-and-balance calculations.
Deliver a discreet, customer-focused experience for passengers.
Maintain currency, training, and aircraft/crew documentation to regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with operations, scheduling, and maintenance to ensure on-time, efficient performance.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

Total time: 3000 hours
Command time: At least 1000 hours as PIC in a multi-crew, multi-engine jet environment
License: Valid ATPL (EASA or UK CAA)
Medical: Class 1
Language proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
Type rating: Not required — training provided for suitable candidates
Eligibility: Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK or hold UK Pre-Settled Status

Preferred time: Current or recent Challenger 350/3500 experience (valid rating preferred)

Non-type-rated candidates are welcome. Comprehensive CL-30 type training will be provided to successful applicants who meet the minimum experience profile and selection criteria.
