Cessna Citation Mustang First Officer – Training Provided (NTR Welcome)

🧭 The Opportunity

You’ll support the Captain in delivering safe, efficient operations from preflight planning through to post-flight duties. This role offers a structured pathway on a modern very light jet, allowing you to sharpen your jet handling, CRM, and decision-making skills while flying to professional standards.

  • Employment: Permanent
  • Type Rating: Not required – training provided
  • NTR: Welcome
  • Visa sponsorship: Not provided

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 1,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 400 hours
  • Night Flying: 50 hours
  • Licences: CPL with IR and ME
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
  • Open to Lic. Holders: CASA

🌟 Preferred

  • ME Command: 150 hours multi-engine in command preferred

🛠️ What You’ll Do

  • Support the Captain across all phases of flight, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and operational standards.
  • Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and systems checks.
  • Manage radios, navigation, and situational awareness in all weather and day/night operations.
  • Apply strong CRM, threat and error management, and checklist discipline.
  • Complete accurate documentation and contribute to a positive safety culture.

🎓 Training & Progression

Full type training on the Cessna Citation Mustang is provided for successful candidates. You’ll receive structured instruction, mentoring, and line support to help you transition smoothly and operate confidently to company and regulatory standards.
