🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command Citation M2/CJ series operations from take-off to touchdown with an unwavering focus on safety, compliance, and passenger care.
  • Lead all preflight planning, performance calculations, weather and NOTAM review, fuel strategy, and weight & balance.
  • Exercise sound operational judgment, making timely decisions in dynamic environments while upholding company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion crew resource management, mentoring and collaborating closely with your First Officer and ground teams.
  • Deliver a refined onboard experience, representing the company with polished, courteous, and discrete service.
  • Maintain currency, documentation, and training records; support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 What you bring

  • Licensing & medical: Valid EASA ATPL and Class 1 medical.
  • Type rating: Current and valid C525 type rating (Citation M2/CJ series). Type-rated is required.
  • Language: Fluent German and English, spoken and written; ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Travel & mobility: Fully valid passport and Class B driving license.
  • Professionalism: Calm under pressure with strong teamwork skills and a clear sense of responsibility.
  • Character: Commitment, loyalty, and reliability backed by impeccable manners and a well‑groomed appearance.
