🧭 What you will do

• Lead safe, compliant C560XL/XLS operations within a charter environment from an open-base setup.
• Champion a client-first approach—ensuring punctual, discreet, and premium service on every sector.
• Apply sound decision-making, SOP discipline, and proactive risk management throughout all phases of flight.
• Collaborate with flight ops and crew colleagues to refine procedures and enhance reliability.
• Represent LUMINAIR professionally with passengers, partners, and stakeholders.

🧰 What you bring

• Valid C560XL/XLS Type Rating.
• Valid EASA ATPL (A) and Class 1 medical.
• Minimum 2,500 h total time and at least 500 h on high-performance aircraft (> 5.7 T).
• Valid ZÜP (reliability and security screening) under §7 LuftSiG.
• Unrestricted EU passport or the right to live and work in the EU.
• Fluent English; professional working German strongly preferred.
• Valid driving license.
• Safety-first mindset, strong CRM, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
