Cessna Citation Captain (II/SII/Bravo)

✈️ The Opportunity

Step into the left seat as Captain on our Cessna Citation II/SII/Bravo, delivering safe, polished, passenger-focused flights across domestic and international routes. If you bring the hours and the professionalism, we will provide type training to set you up for success.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command for domestic and international missions, ensuring uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead all phases of flight planning and execution: performance, weight and balance, fuel strategy, weather, NOTAMs, alternates, and international procedures.
  • Model professional CRM, mentor the SIC, and coordinate seamlessly with ground/ops teams.
  • Deliver a premium passenger experience: warm, confident interactions and clear briefings, with poise under pressure.
  • Maintain aircraft readiness and presentation, overseeing pre/post-flight inspections and documentation.
  • Adapt quickly to changing conditions and schedules while maintaining a calm, solutions-first mindset.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

  • Total time: 3,500 hours
  • PIC time: 3,000 hours
  • Multi-engine: 1,000 hours
  • License: ATP (FAA)
  • Medical: First Class
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Record: No accidents/incidents in the last 5 years
  • Passport: Valid, with no restrictions to international travel
  • Driver’s license: Valid state driver’s license

  • Current Citation II/SII/Bravo type rating

🧳 Scheduling & Travel

  • Work varying hours including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
  • Be extremely flexible and able to adjust to rapid changes in schedule and mission profile.
  • Be prepared for flight duty at all times during your tour.
  • Travel internationally without restrictions.

🔐 Compliance & Security

  • Successfully complete TSA-required background screening.
  • Secure applicable airport authority and/or U.S. Customs security badges as required.

🐾 Working With Animals

  • Comfortably work around animals and assist with their handling and care before, during, and after passenger flights.
  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and safety protocols related to animal travel.
