Join a tight-knit, safety-focused flight team for a summer/fall adventure in Northern Manitoba. We’re seeking an energetic, friendly, and dependable Cessna 208 Caravan Captain to operate seasonal VFR missions from our Thompson Airport base, with the potential to transition to our IFR crew based on your qualifications, performance, and operational needs.
✈️ The Opportunity
As a Caravan Captain, you’ll deliver safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations in a dynamic northern environment. You’ll take ownership of each flight from planning to shutdown, collaborate with a supportive ground and dispatch team, and serve as a professional ambassador for our brand.
- Conduct all phases of VFR flight operations as PIC, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Perform thorough preflight planning, including weather analysis, route selection, fuel planning, weight and balance, and performance calculations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with clear, friendly communication and a can-do attitude.
- Coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ramp teams to keep operations on-time and safe.
- Maintain accurate flight logs, reports, and aircraft documentation.
- Uphold a strong safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 Minimum Requirements
- PIC Time: 1,000 hours
- License: CPL — TCCA holders
- Medical: Class 1
- English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
- Visa Sponsorship: Not provided
- Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Thompson, MB for the season
