✈️ The Opportunity

As Caravan Captain, you will conduct professional operations under IFR and VFR, day and night, across diverse airspace and weather. You’ll own the full flight profile—from meticulous preflight planning and performance calculations to stabilized approaches and confident decision-making—while upholding the highest safety and professionalism standards.

🧭 Minimum Flight Experience

  • Total time: 1,200 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Cross-country: 500 hours
  • Night: 100 hours
  • Instrument: 75 hours (50 in actual flight)

🧰 Licenses, Medical & Currency

  • FAA CPL with IR required; FAA certificates only accepted.
  • Current IFR proficiency and currency.
  • Valid Class 2 Medical. A Class 1 Medical is required for international operations and some Florida bases.
  • Type Rating: Not required—full C208 Caravan training and checkout provided.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute safe, efficient Caravan flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulations.
  • Maintain rigorous IFR standards, briefings, and avionics/automation proficiency.
  • Perform thorough preflight and postflight inspections, weight and balance, and performance planning.
  • Exercise sound judgment and leadership to ensure safety and operational reliability.
  • Coordinate professionally with operations, dispatch, and maintenance teams.
