✈️ The Opportunity
As a Caravan Captain, you’ll command the reliable Cessna C208, executing safe, compliant operations across a variety of missions. You’ll apply disciplined airmanship, sound judgement, and a strong safety mindset while collaborating closely with operations, maintenance, and dispatch.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Conduct all phases of flight in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and brief each mission, including performance, weight and balance, fuel, weather, and alternates.
- Ensure meticulous preflight, postflight, and aircraft documentation.
- Exercise decisive command authority, maintain situational awareness, and manage risk in dynamic environments.
- Champion a safety-first culture, effective CRM, and clear communication.
🧭 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1500 hours
- Pilot-in-command (PIC) time: 500 hours
- Time on type (C208): 100 hours total, including 100 hours PIC on type
- Instrument flying as PIC: 100 hours
- Type rating: Required (Cessna 208 Caravan)
- License: ATPL — DGCA (India) accepted
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English Level: 4 or higher
