Cessna 441 Conquest II Captain — Training Provided (NTR)

🧭 About the role

As Captain on the Conquest II, you will exercise command authority across all phases of flight, uphold SOPs and regulatory compliance, and deliver reliable multi‑engine turboprop operations. You’ll lead and mentor crew, make sound operational decisions, and maintain a strong safety reporting culture.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 2,000 hours
• PIC time: 1,500 hours
• Multi‑engine: 500 hours
• PIC multi‑engine: 500 hours

Note: Non‑type rated candidates are welcome; conversion training onto the C441 will be provided.

🌟 Certifications & standards

• Licence: ATPL issued by CASA
• Medical: Class 1
• English Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 6

• Operate the C441 to exacting safety standards, adhering to SOPs and regulations.
• Conduct thorough planning and briefing, manage aircraft performance and fuel, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Lead effective CRM with crew and coordinate with ground teams for punctual, efficient operations.
• Maintain aircraft systems knowledge, complete recurrent training, and contribute to continuous improvement.
