• Operate the Caravan to a high professional standard, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight duties, including performance planning, weight and balance, weather and NOTAM review, and accurate flight logs.
• Manage IFR and VFR operations with strong situational awareness and disciplined decision-making.
• Maintain clear, customer-focused communication with operations, ground teams, and passengers.
• Champion a proactive safety culture through reporting, checklist discipline, and adherence to the Safety Management System.

• Total Time: 700 hours minimum
• License Required: CPL + IR
• Accepted Licenses: CASA
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided
• Consistent airmanship, sound judgement, and strong adherence to procedures.
• Professional communication skills and a team-first mindset.
