🧭 About the Role
As First Officer, you will support the Captain across all phases of flight, ensuring safe, efficient, and on‑time operations. You’ll hone your skills in performance planning, CRM, and SOP discipline while building quality turbine time on the Caravan.
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
- License required: CPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English: ELP Level 4 or higher
- Work authorization: Must be eligible to work without sponsorship (visa sponsorship not provided)
🌟 Preferred Experience
- Total time: 1,500+ hours preferred
- Multi‑engine PIC: 500+ hours preferred

📋 What You’ll Do
- Execute preflight planning, weather and NOTAM reviews, and weight & balance in coordination with the Captain.
- Operate in accordance with company SOPs and applicable regulations, maintaining the highest safety standards.
- Monitor aircraft systems and performance, manage checklists, and support abnormal/emergency procedures.
- Practice effective CRM and clear communications with the Captain, dispatch, and ground teams.
- Deliver a professional passenger and client experience throughout every phase of operation.
