Cessna 208 Caravan First Officer – Training Provided

🧭 Your mission

As First Officer, you’ll support the Captain in delivering safe, on-time flights while upholding high standards of airmanship and customer service.

• Assist with preflight planning, including weather, NOTAMs, performance, and weight & balance.
• Execute and cross-check normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain situational awareness and effective communication with ATC and ground operations.
• Oversee loading and securing of baggage/cargo to ensure compliance and aircraft balance.
• Contribute to a strong safety culture through disciplined checklist use and SMS reporting.
• Represent the operation professionally with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• License: CPL issued by TCCA
• Medical: Valid Class 1
• Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 (minimum)
• Type rating: Not required — training provided on the C208
• Work authorization: Must have the legal right to work in the hiring location; visa sponsorship is not available

🌟 Preferred experience

• Total time: 1,500+ hours (preferred)
• Multi-engine PIC: 500+ hours (preferred)

Candidates who meet the minimum licensing and medical requirements are encouraged to apply; preferred experience enhances competitiveness but is not mandatory.

📚 Training & onboarding

You’ll receive structured training to become proficient on the Cessna 208 Caravan, including ground school, aircraft training, and line indoctrination under company SOPs.
