🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as First Officer on the Cessna 208 Caravan in day/night and varied weather operations.
  • Support the Captain with flight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance.
  • Conduct thorough preflight inspections, systems checks, and post-flight duties with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Operate to company SOPs and TCCA regulations with an unwavering safety mindset.
  • Communicate clearly with ATC and ground teams; demonstrate strong CRM and situational awareness.
  • Contribute to on-time performance while upholding compliance and professional service standards.

Come as you are — we’ll get you Caravan-ready. You’ll receive comprehensive ground school, aircraft/simulator training, and line indoctrination with experienced training captains.

  • Type-specific training provided; prior C208 time not required.
  • Mentorship and structured progression with regular feedback.
  • Recurrent training to keep skills current and sharp.

  • Minimum 200 hours total flight time.
  • Valid CPL with IR and ME.
  • TCCA licence holder.
  • Current Class 2 Medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
  • Valid passport with unrestricted ability to travel between Canada and the USA.
  • Clean Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Professionalism, teamwork, and a safety-first approach to every flight.

  • Ability to cross the Canada–USA border without restrictions is required.
