Cessna 208 Caravan First Officer – Part-Time (Training Provided)

🧭 Your mission

As a First Officer, you will support safe, efficient IFR/VFR operations across day, night, and cross-country environments while delivering professional service to customers and partners.

• Conduct thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and risk assessments.
• Operate strictly in accordance with the General Operations Manual, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Execute checklists with precision and apply effective CRM to support the Captain.
• Manage radios, navigation, and cockpit automation; maintain accurate flight logs and reports.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams; assist with ramp duties as needed.
• Represent the company with excellent communication and customer service at every touchpoint.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total Time: 250 hours
• Cross-Country: 100 hours
• Night: 25 hours
• License: CPL with IR (FAA)
• Medical: Class 1
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

📚 Training and onboarding

Comprehensive ground and flight training are provided for the Cessna 208 Caravan, covering aircraft systems, performance, normal/abnormal procedures, and CRM. Successful candidates will complete required checks and recurrent training per our Operations Specifications and policies.
