Take command of a proven single‑engine turbine as a part-time Cessna 208 Caravan Captain. If you hold an EASA license and meet the experience criteria, we’ll provide the aircraft training you need. Non-type rated candidates are welcome—bring your airmanship, we’ll supply the type conversion.
🧭 Role at a glance
🧰 Your mission
- Act as PIC on the Cessna 208 Caravan, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance on every sector.
- Plan and execute IFR/VFR flights in line with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough preflight duties: weather, NOTAMs, performance, weight and balance, and fuel planning.
- Operate efficiently in changing weather and regional environments while managing threats and errors using robust CRM practices.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Operations, Dispatch, Maintenance, and ATC; complete all flight documentation accurately and on time.
- Uphold Safety Management System (SMS) reporting and contribute to a positive safety culture.
🌟 What you bring
- Minimum 750 hours PIC.
- Current EASA CPL with IR.
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical.
- ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
- Recent operational currency and sound airmanship with strong decision-making.
- Professional communication, teamwork, and CRM skills.
- Availability for part-time rostering.
- Existing right to live and work in the place of operation (no visa sponsorship available).

- Type-specific ground school: aircraft systems, turbine operations, performance, and limitations.
- Simulator and flight training to company SOPs and normal/abnormal procedures.
