The C208 Captain ensures every flight is executed to the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service, representing our brand with professionalism on every leg.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Conduct all flight operations in accordance with FAA Part 135 regulations, company manuals, and SOPs.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance calculations, weight and balance, and thorough preflight inspections.
  • Operate the Cessna 208 Caravan safely in day, night, cross-country, and instrument environments.
  • Exercise sound PIC decision-making and risk management under changing weather and operational constraints.
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch, maintenance, ATC, crew, and customers; document flight activities and reports accurately.
  • Uphold a positive safety culture, including participation in SMS and continuous improvement initiatives.

🌟 What You Bring

  • Licenses: CPL with IR (FAA).
  • Medical: Current FAA Class 2.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Compliance: Ability to adhere to the company’s FAA/DOT required Drug and Alcohol Program.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to operate from multiple locations as operational needs dictate.
  • Type Rating: Not required—aircraft training provided.

📏 Minimum Flight Experience

  • Total Time: 1,200 hours
  • PIC Time: 800 hours
  • Cross-Country: 500 hours
  • Night: 100 hours
  • IFR: 75 hours (50 actual)
  • NTR (No Type Rating) — training provided on type.

📚 Training & Onboarding

Comprehensive company and aircraft-specific training is provided to ensure you’re confident and current in the Caravan and fully aligned with our Part 135 standards.
