Since June 2022, our cargo feeder operation in Albuquerque has delivered reliable, on-time performance while laying the groundwork for future remote and automated capabilities. As a Caravan Captain, you’ll ensure operational integrity day-to-day and contribute to a culture that puts safety, precision, and continuous improvement first.

🧰 What you’ll do

  • Operate the Cessna 208 Caravan in single-pilot IFR on scheduled Part 135 cargo routes.
  • Plan, brief, and execute flights including performance, weight-and-balance, fuel, alternates, and de/anti-icing as required.
  • Exercise sound aeronautical decision-making and go/no-go judgment in dynamic weather and operational conditions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with FAR Part 135, company SOPs, and Safety Management System practices.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ramp teams to drive on-time, reliable operations.
  • Complete logs, reports, and operational communications accurately and on schedule.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture and support continuous improvement in a tech-forward environment.

🧩 Minimum qualifications

  • Total time: 1,200 hours
  • IFR proficiency: Proficient single-pilot IFR; meets FAR 135.243(c) IFR requirements
  • Cross-country: 500 hours
  • Night: 100 hours
  • Instrument: 75 hours actual or simulated (50 hours in actual flight)
  • Licenses: FAA CPL + IR
  • Medical: Class 2
  • Work authorization: Legal right to work in the United States

💡 Preferred qualifications

  • ATP certificate
  • Cessna 208 Caravan experience
  • 1,000 hours PIC
  • Previous 14 CFR Part 135 experience
