🧭 Your mission

As a Captain on the Cessna 208 Caravan, you will lead safe, efficient, and compliant operations across a variety of missions.

  • Plan and operate flights under IFR and VFR in accordance with regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
  • Execute thorough preflight planning: performance, weight & balance, fuel strategy, weather, and alternates.
  • Manage a single‑pilot cockpit with strong automation discipline and procedural rigor.
  • Deliver reliable passenger or cargo services while maintaining high standards of airmanship and customer care.
  • Ensure meticulous flight documentation, defect reporting, and post‑flight admin.
  • Engage in recurrent training, line checks, and continuous improvement within a robust safety culture and SMS.

🧰 What you bring

  • Minimum 750 hours PIC.
  • Current EASA CPL / IR and Class 1 medical.
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Eligibility to work without visa sponsorship.
  • Proven single‑pilot judgement, CRM, and threat & error management.
  • Flexibility for a part‑time roster and dynamic operational demands.
  • A safety‑first mindset with disciplined SOP adherence.

No C208 type rating? No problem — training is provided for suitable NTR candidates.
