🧭 The mission

Serve as PIC for scheduled and on‑demand operations in the Cessna 208. You will exercise sound judgment, manage performance and fuel, and maintain the highest standards of airmanship, compliance, and customer service across diverse weather and airspace environments.

🧰 What you will do

  • Act as PIC on the C208, executing departures, en route, and arrivals under IFR and VFR
  • Plan and fly cross‑country sectors, including weather analysis, alternates, and performance calculations
  • Maintain IFR currency and manage single‑pilot workflows and automation effectively
  • Conduct thorough preflight and postflight inspections and complete accurate flight documentation
  • Communicate effectively with ATC; coordinate with dispatch and maintenance for smooth operations
  • Uphold SOPs, regulatory compliance, and a proactive safety culture

✅ Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 1,200 hours
  • PIC time: 500 hours
  • Cross‑country: 500 hours
  • Night: 100 hours
  • Instrument: 75 hours, including at least 50 hours in actual flight
  • Certificates: FAA CPL with IR
  • Medical: FAA Class 2; Class 1 required for international operations and select Florida bases
  • ELP: ICAO Level 4
  • Type rating: Not required; C208 training provided
  • Other: IFR proficiency and currency; non‑type rated pilots welcome
