Take the controls of a proven workhorse and keep critical missions moving. We’re hiring an experienced Cessna 208 Caravan Captain for a permanent role with structured training (no type rating required) and a clear path toward your ATP.
🧭 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- PIC Time: 1,000 hours
- Cross-Country: 500 hours
- Night: 100 hours
- Instrument: 75 hours (50 actual)
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME
- Type Rating: Not required
📋 Additional Requirements & Preferences
- ATP Path: Willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment
- Driver’s License: Valid and unexpired
- Scheduling: Able to work day, night, and overnight shifts as assigned
- Preferred Background: Previous medevac and/or cargo experience

- Command the Cessna 208 Caravan across cross-country routes in varied weather and lighting conditions
- Conduct safe, efficient single-pilot operations with strong IFR decision-making
- Execute thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, and weight-and-balance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, and ATC to maintain on-time, mission-ready performance
- Uphold company SOPs and regulatory compliance while modeling a proactive safety culture
- Support on-demand and scheduled operations with flexibility for changing priorities
