🧭 What You’ll Do
- Conduct routine aerial patrols over West Texas and Southeast New Mexico oilfield corridors.
- Navigate efficiently while maintaining exceptional situational awareness and safety margins.
- Communicate clearly with operations and clients, delivering professional, customer-focused service.
- Operate confidently in variable winds and utilize shorter runways as required by the mission.
- Complete preflight planning, weather analysis, and post-flight reporting to company standards.

- Current and proficient in a Cessna 172.
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
- Willingness to relocate to Midland, TX.
- Comfortable flying in high winds and operating from small runways.
- Safety-oriented mindset with impeccable stick-and-rudder skills and a high level of situational awareness.

- Total time: 400 hours
- In type (C172): 150 hours
- License: CPL with IR (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Type rating: Not required (training provided)
