🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command day and night Caravan operations with sound aeronautical decision-making and professional CRM.
  • Plan and execute flights, including performance, W&B, fuel, route, and alternate planning in varied weather and terrain.
  • Operate to rigorous Part 91/135 standards, maintaining meticulous logs, checklists, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver safe, reliable, on-time operations.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture through SOP adherence, SMS participation, and continuous improvement.

🧾 Minimum flight time

  • Total time: 1,200 hours
  • Cross‑country: 500 hours
  • Night: 100 hours
  • Instrument: 75 hours (no more than 25 simulated)

🧰 Required qualifications

  • Licenses: CPL with IRFAA accepted
  • Medical: Class 2
  • Radio: Radio Operators Certificate
  • Passport: Valid passport (needed for CASS)
  • Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
  • Screening: Ability to pass a 10‑year background check and pre‑employment drug screen per airline/company regulations
  • Availability: Flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided on the Cessna 208
