🧭 Your mission

  • Act as Aircraft Commander, ensuring the safety of every flight and passenger in accordance with the Aircraft Flight Manual, company SOPs, Operations Manuals, and applicable legislation.
  • Operate each flight safely and efficiently under company procedures.
  • Independently and continuously verify navigation and terrain clearance.
  • Complete all operational procedures and checklists required by the AFM and company manuals.
  • Report any occurrence or incident that has endangered or could endanger safety, as well as any defect that could affect airworthiness or safe operation.
  • Deliver consistently excellent customer service to support satisfaction and retention.

🧰 What you’ll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3,000 hours total fixed-wing flight time.
  • At least 500 hours of multi-crew experience.
  • Extensive European flight experience with a strong commercial-aviation background.
  • Experience in EU-OPS and/or AIR-OPS environments is advantageous.
  • Military or airline training is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of at least two European languages is an advantage.
  • Service orientation, curiosity, collaboration, adaptability, and a drive to achieve positive results.

🌟 Training & progression

  • Successful candidates must pass an upgrade course comprising ground school and simulator training.
  • Direct Entry Captains assigned to non-commercial operations may receive a dispensation from the upgrade-course requirement.
  • Completion of Captain line training, including the line check required for commercial operations, is mandatory.
