Step into command of a modern light jet and lead safe, polished operations across Germany and Europe. We are seeking a seasoned Captain for the Citation M2/CJ series who brings decisive leadership, exemplary CRM, and an unwavering safety mindset to every sector.
🧭 The mission
As Captain on the Citation M2/CJ Series, you will lead from the front—owning the plan, the brief, and the execution. You will deliver safe, efficient, and customer‑centric operations, coordinating seamlessly with flight ops, maintenance, and ground partners while upholding the highest professional standards.
- Serve as PIC for Citation M2/CJ Series flights across Germany, Europe, and beyond.
- Execute comprehensive preflight planning: weather, NOTAMs, alternates, fuel strategy, mass & balance, and performance.
- Champion CRM and SOP compliance; mentor the right seat and foster a just‑culture environment.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable EASA regulations and company manuals.
- Deliver a discreet, client‑focused service that reflects the professionalism of business aviation.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,000 hours minimum
- Turbine time: 300 hours minimum
- Multi‑engine jet PIC: 300 hours minimum
- Type rating: Current Citation M2/CJ Series
- License: EASA Frozen ATPL (A) with valid IR, MCC, ME, UPRT
- Medical: Class 1
- English: ICAO Level 4 or higher
- German: C2 proficiency
- Passport: Valid
- Work authorization: Valid work and residence permit in Germany (no sponsorship)
- License holders: EASA only

📍 Location & eligibility
- Base: Germany
- Right to work: Required. Candidates must already hold a valid German work and residence permit.
- Travel: Willingness to operate throughout Europe and occasionally beyond.
