Captain – Cessna Citation M2/CJ Series

🧭 The Opportunity

We are seeking a confident and detail-driven Captain to operate the Cessna Citation M2/CJ series. You will command point-to-point corporate missions across Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, South America, and Western Europe, ensuring a seamless and premium experience for passengers while upholding the highest safety and regulatory standards.

🧰 What You Will Do

• Exercise full captaincy duties including flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and decision-making.
• Operate within company SOPs, SMS, and applicable Canadian and international regulations.
• Lead and mentor crew; cultivate a safety-first, service-focused culture on every leg.
• Deliver exceptional client care with discretion, anticipating needs and adapting to dynamic schedules.
• Coordinate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and ground handlers to ensure on-time, efficient operations.
• Maintain aircraft standards through meticulous pre/post-flight inspections and accurate documentation.
• Represent the company professionally on the ramp, at FBOs, and with regulatory authorities.

🌟 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 4,000 hours
• PIC Time: 1,000 hours
• License: TCCA ATPL
• Medical: Class 1
• Type Rating: Not required — training provided
• ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
• Open to Lic. Holders: TCCA only
• Visa Sponsorship: Not provided

🌠 Preferred Experience

• Jet time and time on type (Citation M2/CJ series).
• Corporate/owner-flown or charter experience with VIP client interaction.
• Strong IFR proficiency and recent multi-sector, multi-region operations.

🛂 Travel & Compliance

• Passport/Residency: Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas to travel freely within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
• Training Travel: Ability to travel to the United States as a passenger for training.
• Security: Ability to obtain a RAIC and Corporate CANPASS.
• Background Check: Successful completion required.

🧩 Training & Growth

NTR candidates are welcome — a full type rating and recurrent training will be provided. You will train to a high standard on the Citation M2/CJ series, with ongoing currency and proficiency support aligned to company SOPs and SMS.
